Mark Williams is a Northern California Native, born on the peninsula and raised in San Carlos. Mark's interest in constitutional rights grew from his experience working as a police officer for the New Orleans Police Department. Mark graduated from San Jose State with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration and will completed his M.S. degree in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix. Currently Mark is studying for his PhD in Public Safety from Capella University and is working in the private security field.
